Premier Performance Earns a Premier Truck
Major League Baseball wrapped up the 2017 season last night with Game 7 of the World Series between the Houston Astros and the Los Angeles Dodgers. The Astros won the game by a score of 5 to 1 and were crowned the 2017 World Series Champions.
After the game, the 2017 Willie Mays World Series Most Valuable Player was awarded to Astros Outfielder, George Springer. And what a reward it was!
Springer was presented with a beautiful, brand new 2018 Chevrolet Silverado Centennial Edition pickup truck. It’s only fitting that a game with such a rich tradition would award the best player with a truck that encompasses 100 years of equally rich tradition!
Chevrolet has been the Official Vehicle of Major League Baseball since 2005.
2018 Silverado Centennial Edition
Model-year 2018 marks the 100th anniversary of the first production Chevrolet truck. The 2018 Silverado Centennial Edition features design elements inspired by Chevy Trucks throughout history, including a distinctive Centennial Blue paint color and exclusive heritage bowtie emblems and 100-year badges.
